Cut tofu in cubes
Remove water from tofu by lightly pressing in a tea towel
Take cornflour in a plate
And roll tofu in it from all sides
Heat oil and fry all tofu cubes after rolling in cornflour
Heat oil add ginger and garlic
Saute them and add butter
Now add all sauces and vinegar
Chop mint and coriander leaves and add them in sauce
Add salt and pepper
Lastly add fried tofu and toss
Sprinkle flakes
Garnish with coriander leaves
Sprinkle seasme seeds
Serve with sauce and chutney
