Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 300 gram tofu


  • 3 tbsp cornflour


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 5 tbsp oil For frying


  • 1 inch ginger chopped


  • 7 garlic cloves


  • 1 tbsp butter


  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce


  • 1 tsp vinegar


  • 1 tsp soya sauce


  • 1 tsp chilli sauce


  • 2 red chilli chopped


  • 2 tbsp mint leaves


  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves


  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes


  • 1 tsp pepper powder


  • 2 tsp seasme seeds

Directions

  • Cut tofu in cubes
  • Remove water from tofu by lightly pressing in a tea towel
  • Take cornflour in a plate
  • And roll tofu in it from all sides
  • Heat oil and fry all tofu cubes after rolling in cornflour
  • Heat oil add ginger and garlic
  • Saute them and add butter
  • Now add all sauces and vinegar
  • Chop mint and coriander leaves and add them in sauce
  • Add salt and pepper
  • Lastly add fried tofu and toss
  • Sprinkle flakes
  • Garnish with coriander leaves
  • Sprinkle seasme seeds
  • Serve with sauce and chutney
